So, I check out my local KCAL News website from time to time and I notice they have Celebrity Deaths of 2008.

I am always expecting to see people I recognize or not but they always tend to have a good picture of the person.

But, when do you decide to put the picture of the person who died who appears in the backgound out of focus?
