I have always had weird ideas of doing something cross the country.

For example. When I was in High School I wanted to visit every McDonalds in the country. Then I wanted to go to every little museum. Then I wanted to go to every state in one constant bus ride. Then, after seeing Forrest Gump. I wanted to run from Santa Monica to New York.
