A Dish Network customer was cancel in error. It appears Dish Network thought the customer had not made a payment but she has. So when she called to wonder what happen she got the “Going round in round hell” that we are all familiar with when we have to deal with different departments to fix something.
A customers rant is nothing special especially if you worked in a retail or call center environment but no one in their right mind will talk smack in public or to the customer so I was shock to come accross this response in YouTube.
Hmmm. DirectTV is looking better and better by the minute. LOL
